अस्मिता , चेतना और स्वाभिमान जगानेवाला शोध साहित्य

जब मैं उत्तर प्रदेश सरकार में पी.सी.एस. (अलाईड) आफीसर था तब मेरे विभाग रजिस्ट्रेशन एण्ड स्टाम्प के आफीसर एक विभागीय पत्रिका निकालने वाले थे । उन्होंने मेरा नाम संपादक के लिए सुझाया ।नव सृजित राज्य उत्तराखण्ड बनने से मेरा कैडर इसी नवीन राज्य में निर्धारित हो गया । वर्ष 2010 में मैंने और सपना जी ने ‘नागफनी’ पत्रिका निकालना शुरू किया । हालाँकि मैं ऐसे रचनात्मक साहित्यिक कार्यों के लिए बहुत ज्यादा उत्साहित रहता हूँ ।

        दलित,पिछडे,अल्पसंख्यक व बेहद गरीब सामान्य वर्ग में बहुत सारे युवा लेखक, शोध छात्र, प्रोफेसर और लेक्चरार मिल जाएँगें जिनमें असीम ज्ञान व क्षमता होती है ।  सामाजिक परिवर्तन करने में अपनी अहम भूमिका निभा सकते है । घिसे पिटे सामाजिक नियमों को बदल सकते हैं । अंध-धर्म, अंध-विश्वास और अंध-मिथकों को समाप्त करके एक नया समतावादी समाज बना सकते हैं। नये-नये वैज्ञानिक मिथक गढ सकते हैं । ऐसे परिवर्तन व मिथक समाज के लिए कल्पनाएँ साबित हो सकते हैं । देश की आर्थिक स्थिति तो पटरी से उतर चुकी है, उसको पुन:पटरी पर ला सकते हैं । इस वैज्ञानिक युग में वैज्ञानिक नियमों का पालन करते हुए देश व विश्व को एक नई दिशा दे सकते हैं । लेकिन अफसोस इस बात का है कि ऐसे मेघावी लोगों को देश की विख्यात एवं चर्चित पत्र-पत्रिकाओं में कोई स्थान नहीं मिलता । इस कमी को दूर करने के लिए ‘नागफनी’ पत्रिका की शुरूआत की गयी । प्रेम, भाईचारा, साम्प्रदायिक सद्भावना, देशप्रेम, समानता स्थापित करना इस पत्रिका का उद्देश्य है ।

        देश में छुआछूत अब भी बहुत जगह कायम है । समानता का अधिकार अब भी नहीं है । निम्न वर्ग को अब भी दोयम दर्जे का नागरिक समझा जाता है । इन भेदभावों के खिलाफ संघर्ष करना ‘नागफनी’ का मूल उद्देश्य है । लेखकों के ऐसे लेखों को नागफनी में छापा जाएगा । देश में कन्याभ्रूण हत्या का विकराल रूप देखने को मिलता है । इसकी वजह से लडकियों का अनुपात लडकों के मुकाबले कम होता जा रहा है । यह एक तरह से सृष्टि के विनाश का संकेत है । सृष्टि को बचाना भी ‘नागफनी’ के उद्देश्यों में से एक उद्देश्य है । लेखकगण इस समस्या पर अपनी कलम चलायेंगे और नागफनी में स्पेस पायेंगे ।

        विश्वस्तर पर भी बहुत सारी समस्याएँ मुँह बाये खडी है । जलवायु परिवर्तन , ग्लेशियर का पिघलना, ग्लोबल वारमिंग ऐसी समस्याएँ है जो विश्व को नष्ट कर सकती हैं । विद्वान लोग इन समस्याओं पर अच्छे-अच्छे लेख लिखेंगे । नागफनी पत्रिका का कर्तव्य होगा कि ऐसे लेखों को प्रकाशित करके सृष्टि को बचाने में अहम भूमिका निभाए ।

        इस पत्रिका के कार्यकारी संपादक गण सर्वश्री  डॉ. एन.पी.प्रजापति जी व प्रोफ़ेसर बलिराम धापसे जी इस नागफनी पत्रिका को विश्वस्तर की पत्रिका बनाने में जी जान से लगे हैं । हम सभी लोग सपना सोनकर संपादक, नागफनी के दिशा निर्देश में काम कर रहे हैं । यह पत्रिका किसी विशेष जाति, धर्म पर आधारित नहीं है । यह मानव कल्याण के लिए है। मानवता ही इसका मुख्य ध्येय है । डा.बाबासाहेब अंबेडकर का नारा था “शिक्षित बनो । संगठित हो। संघर्ष करो।” यह पत्रिका इन सूक्त वाक्यों का पूर्णतया पालन करेंगी ।

When I was PCS (Allied) Officer in the Government of Utter Pradesh, I always thought of publishing a Magzine. The officers of my Department of Registration and Stamps proposed my name as Editor of the magzine. After the formation of Utterakhand I got my cadre in this newly formed state. I started the magazine NAAGFANI in 2010. Sapna Sonkar became the editor while I became the co-editor. I saw that so many serious problems exist in our society. But they do not get space in columns of magzines. 

                There are so many Dalit writers in India who do not get proper place in news papers and magzines which are published in India.There are so many brilliant research scholars amongst the weaker sections of the society.They are being ignored by the editors of the magzines.Their good research works are not being published anywhere. The intellect of those researchers had been supressed by the editors of the popular magzines of India. So I decided and with the help of Sapna ji began Naagfani in 2010. 

                There are so many problems concerning the Dalit, backward, minorities, tribes and the poor general caste people of India.The writers must write about these people who are suffering of untouchability, inequality, disparity and injustice of the society. They also should write about the killings of the female babies in the womb of their mothers. There are so many other serious problems which are present before the world like pollution, global warming, changing of the seasons (jalvayu parivartan) etc. Naagfani aims at the welfare of human beings of the world. The problems of the women of the depressed classes is very critical. Mostly Dalit and Backward class women are being raped every day. The writers must write about these women and must put their solution in order to stop incidents of rapes. NAAGFANI is committed to publish the writings of writers about these problems. We are trying to make Naagfani as world class Magzine with the help of Dr. N. P. Prajapati, Professor Baliram Dhapase and others.

The problem of environment, cutting of jungles and scavenging exist in the India and in some countries of the World. The writings of such writers who put put forward solutions for the preservation of jungles will be published with priority. THE AIM OF NAAGFANI IS TO SEE THE WORLD FULL OF GREENERY, TO ABOLISH COMPLETELY THE ILLITERACY FROM INDIA .THE AIM OF DR. AMBEDKAR “SHIKSHIT BANO, SNGATHIT HO AUR SANGHARSH KARO.” WILL BE FULFILLED THROUGH NAAGFANI
